"Wins" have been winning the landmark case bullying and harassment claims in the County Court, De Petro v. International Airline Services, for an aircraft cleaner awarded $325,000 in common law damages, the largest at the time which received national press coverage on television, print and radio.
Winning 13 years of weekly payments from the Medical Panel for an injured worker dating back to 2001 amounting to over $300,000. The Workcover Authority unsuccessfully appealed the decision in the Court of Appeal.
